2.1. Eligibility

Let Me Study provides self-paced courses, live training, and memberships for individuals, companies, and universities.
3.1. Membership Plans
- Individual Membership: Access to self-paced courses, live doubt-clearing sessions, and community forums.
- Company/Organization Membership: Group access to training with live instructor-led sessions.
- University Membership: Students gain access to courses with special live training sessions.
All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable after usage.
3.2. Course Access & Validity
- Access to courses is granted as per the chosen plan or membership duration.
- Course materials and recorded sessions remain property of Let Me Study.
4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
4.1. Payments
- All payments must be made through the authorized payment gateway.
- Fees for courses, memberships, and training are non-refundable except as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4.2. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided once a live class is attended after the free demo.
- No refunds for change of mind after enrolling in course bundles.
- If a user mistakenly makes a payment, they must contact admin@letmestudy.org for resolution.

5. Tutor Responsibilities & Guidelines
5.1. Course Content Ownership
- All training videos and materials provided by tutors are owned by Let Me Study and may be used for marketing or learning purposes.
- Tutors cannot share, sell, or distribute Let Me Study’s materials outside the Platform.
5.2. Compliance & Ethics
- Tutors must maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards.
- Any inappropriate conduct or breach of agreement will result in immediate termination.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Ownership
- All content, videos, training materials, trademarks, logos, and branding on Let Me Study belong to Let Me Study or its licensors.
- Users cannot reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
6.2. Fair Usage
- Students and members can access materials for personal learning only.
- Any unauthorized use, such as sharing login credentials, selling content, or commercial use, is strictly prohibited.
6.3. Third-Party Organization References
- Any references to third-party companies, organizations, or technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google, Cisco) are for recognition purposes only.
- Let Me Study is not affiliated with any mentioned organizations, and no endorsements are implied.
7. Code of Conduct & User Restrictions

- Sharing login credentials or accessing unauthorized content.
