- 24V 60W Ceramic heating ring with built-in copper plated heating loop. The ceramic can be heated evenly, fast heating, can reach 360°C degree loop heating. But due to the thermistor temperature limited, please keep the printing temperrature under 300°C degree for long time.
- The Nozzle 0.4mm is made of Brass and titanium TC4 material. The brass material can keep good thermal conductivity. And The inner wall of the titanium is very smooth, offers almost 3x lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating more defined meltzone, so that the filament can pass through and reduce clogging.
- 300°C long time printing: NTC100K B3950 thermistor is used by most of the 3D printers, we use imported chip so that this thermistor can sensor the temperature under 320°C degree, but for long printing, please keep the temperature under 300°C degree.
