- ✅ INTERLOCKING PRIMER - Formulated with special adhesion characteristics that make POR-15 High Build Primer perfect for most painted surfaces especially POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating. Our High Build Primer Provides sandable and buildable coating that can be applied over cured POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating and all POR-15 topcoats to enable quick refinishing and recoating of these products.
- ✅ APPLICATION - For maximum adhesion sand surfaces to be painted with 320 grit sandpaper. Clean painted and bare metal surfaces with POR-15 Cleaner Degreaser. Bare metal surfaces should be treated with POR-15 Metal Prep for maximum adhesion. Spray or brush on one or two covering coats of POR-15 High Build Primer and allow 10 to 15 minutes between coats. POR-15 High Build Primer can be topcoated after 24 hours of cure.
- ✅ WHEN DO I NEED THIS? - POR-15 High Build Primer is highly resistant to penetrating topcoats, like lacquers, enamels, and two-component finishes. It sands very smoothly, as well. Try some on your next project!
