Welcome to Let Me Study (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”). By accessing our platform and services, you (“User,” “Student,” “Tutor,” “Member,” or “Organization”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

By using our platform, you agree that:

  • All training content, including videos, materials, and courses, belongs exclusively to Let Me Study.
  • We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule courses, sessions, and memberships at our discretion.
  • Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution of training content is strictly prohibited.
  • Images, trademarks, and organization names mentioned are for educational and recognition purposes only. We are not affiliated with these organizations.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. General Terms for All Users

2.1 Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, video lessons, training content, and proprietary resources belong to Let Me Study.
  • No user is allowed to copy, distribute, resell, record, modify, or share our content without written permission.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution will result in legal action.

2.2 Platform Usage

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Any misuse, hacking, or breach of security will result in account termination and legal consequences.
  • We reserve the right to change, remove, or modify course content at any time.

2.3 Payment & Refunds

  • Payments for courses, membership, and services are non-refundable, except as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • If payment is made mistakenly, users must contact support immediately.

3. Terms for Students & Learners

3.1 Course Access & Usage

  • Students get access to self-paced courses, live training, and discussion forums as per their membership plan.
  • Course access is non-transferable—sharing accounts or credentials will lead to immediate termination.
  • Course completion certificates are awarded based on active participation and assessments.

3.2 Learning Commitment & Compliance

  • Students must respect trainers, fellow learners, and platform guidelines.
  • Misuse of discussion forums, inappropriate behavior, or violation of platform rules may result in suspension or permanent ban.

3.3 Membership Benefits

  • Individual membership grants access to self-paced videos, live Q&A, and forum discussions.
  • Let Me Study reserves the right to update membership benefits at any time.

4. Terms for Tutors & Trainers

4.1 Content Ownership & Restrictions

  • All training videos, lectures, and materials created for or uploaded to Let Me Study become the exclusive property of Let Me Study.
  • Tutors cannot sell, distribute, or use the same content outside our platform without permission.

4.2 Compensation & Earnings

  • Tutors are paid based on agreed-upon revenue-sharing models or fixed contracts.
  • Earnings depend on course engagement, student enrollment, and training hours.

4.3 Course Delivery & Cancellation Rights

  • Let Me Study reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training session due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a tutor fails to conduct a scheduled session, appropriate action will be taken.

5. Terms for Memberships (Individual, University, Company)

5.1 Individual Membership

  • Individual professionals and students can access courses based on valid ID verification.
  • Membership is subscription-based and auto-renewed unless canceled manually.
  • Membership does not grant ownership rights to any training content.

5.2 University Membership

  • A university membership requires a minimum of 30 students.
  • It includes self-paced courses and one live session per month.
  • University members cannot redistribute or record training sessions.

5.3 Company/Organization Membership

  • Organizations must enroll a minimum of 20 professionals for corporate training.
  • They receive one group live training per month and access to pre-recorded courses.
  • Organizations must ensure that employees follow Let Me Study’s guidelines.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Let Me Study reserves the right to cancel or postpone sessions due to technical or operational reasons.
  • If a session is canceled, the user will be notified, and alternative options may be provided.

6.2 Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, only if the course or session has not been accessed.
  • Refunds will be processed as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

  • If any dispute arises, users must first contact our support team at admin@letmestudy.org.
  • All legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of Indian and International Laws where applicable.

7. Legal Disclaimer & Copyright Protection

7.1 Limited Liability

  • Let Me Study is not responsible for individual success or job placement. Training outcomes vary based on personal effort.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from courses or training sessions.

7.2 Copyright & Infringement Policy

  • All course content is the intellectual property of Let Me Study.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or sharing of content will be subject to strict legal action.

7.3 Third-Party References & Organization Names

  • Any mention of companies, logos, or brand names in our courses is purely for educational and recognition purposes.
  • We are not affiliated, partnered, or endorsed by these organizations in any way.
