At Let Me Study, we are committed to providing high-quality training and educational services. We understand that sometimes users may request refunds or cancellations. However, due to the digital nature of our courses, live training sessions, and course bundles, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy.

2. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:

🚨 We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or if a user decides not to continue after accessing the course materials.
3. Live Classes & Training Refund Policy
- If you attend a live session after the free demo, NO REFUND will be issued.
- If you haven’t attended any live session, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- If a session is postponed or rescheduled, no refund will be given, but you will be accommodated in the next available session.
4. Course Bundles – No Refund Policy
- Course bundles are sold as a package, often at a discounted rate.
- Once purchased, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued, even if you do not complete all courses in the bundle.
- Bundle purchases cannot be transferred to another user.

5. Self-Paced Courses Refund Policy
- Once you access the course content, no refund will be provided.
- If you have not accessed the course materials, a refund request must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Membership Refund Policy (Individual, Company, University)
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once activated, you will have access to exclusive learning content, forums, and sessions.
- Canceling a membership will only prevent future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
🚨 You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial or prorated refunds will be given.
7. Cancellations by Let Me Study
In rare cases, Let Me Study reserves the right to cancel any course, training session, or membership due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
✅ Full refunds will be issued if we cancel a course or event.
✅ If an instructor is unavailable, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost.
8. Refund Processing & Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
