1. Introduction

At Let Me Study, we provide digital educational services, including self-paced courses, live training sessions, and membership-based access to learning materials. Since our products and services are delivered digitally, there is no physical shipping involved.

This Shipping Policy explains the delivery process for our digital products and services, expected timelines, and how to resolve access-related issues.


2. Digital Product Delivery

a) Self-Paced Courses & Course Bundles

  • Once a course or bundle is purchased, you will receive immediate access to the course materials in your Let Me Study account.
  • An email confirmation with course access details will be sent to your registered email ID within 15 minutes of successful payment.
  • If you do not receive access within the specified time, please contact admin@letmestudy.org.

b) Live Training & Webinars

  • Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the scheduled session.
  • Live training sessions are conducted via video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Access links will be emailed at least 24 hours before the session starts.
  • If you do not receive access details, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at admin@letmestudy.org.

c) Membership Access

  • Memberships are activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • Members receive access to exclusive courses, discussion forums, doubt-clearing sessions, and community groups.
  • Membership confirmation and access details will be emailed within 15 minutes after payment.
  • If there is any delay in activation, please reach out to our support team.

d) Customized Training for Companies & Universities

  • Organizations purchasing custom training packages will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment.
  • Course access details, schedules, and instructor assignments will be shared within 3-5 business days as per the agreed training plan.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Since all our products are digital, there are no shipping charges.
  • Customers are not required to pay any additional shipping or handling fees for accessing courses, memberships, or live training sessions.

In rare cases, technical issues may delay course activation or prevent access. Common issues include:

  • Access link for live training not received within 24 hours before the session.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for confirmation emails.
  2. Ensure you are logged in to your Let Me Study account with the correct email.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Our digital courses and training sessions are non-refundable once accessed.
